Where can I track my order?Updated 7 months ago

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

In the event that you believe your order is lost/stolen, please contact us by filling in our Contact Form, or emailing our support team at [email protected]

In the event of a lost/stolen order claim, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

If a package is deemed as lost/stolen in transit, we will do our best to get you reimbursed by the courier.

Please note that Restore will not reimburse you directly.
