What is your Return/Exchange Policy?Updated 8 months ago

Return Policy:

Restore offers a 30-day return window.

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags/labels in it's original packaging.
  • We will cover the shipping fees associated with your return.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we can accommodate based on availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in alternate sizes.
  • In the event that your exchange can not be completed due to unavailable stock, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  • In the event that you prefer store credit, we will provide you with a Digital Gift Card via email.
  • Gift cards, Promotional Items, and final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. 
  • Items that come in direct contact with the body such as leggings, underwear, or socks, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
