Our gear is tested by athletes, as well as in the lab to ensure top-tier performance at the highest quality.

Although most of our gear is designed to complement high-performance whether in training, running, or daily use, some products are formulated to be more efficient for each specific style.

How do you design your products?

We currently offer shipping inside the United States of America. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are included.

You will find various shipping options at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process, before your order is shipped out. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, will be processed the following business day.

Your shipping selection at checkout will determine your estimated delivery window.

When will my order ship?

We currently offer a 30-day Return Window.

You can initiate a return or exchange by clicking here, or sending us an email at support@restoreactivewear.com. 

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in alternate sizes.

If you decide to carry on with your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the requirements stated in the Return Policy.

If your return meets the requirements, you can expect a refund within 2-3 business days after the return is approved.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

After placing an order, we do not grant any changes or cancellations to be made. 

These include but are not limited to:

• Adding or removing items from your order.
• Editing your delivery adress.
• Modifying your shipping method.

However, we offer a 30-day return window from the date the order is delivered. If you are unhappy with your item, you can iniatiate a return or exchange here. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in alternate sizes.

Before placing an order, please make sure that everything is correct.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process, before your order is shipped out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please consider that orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process on specific days of the year or sales.
